This yarn is hand dyed so no 2 skeins will be exactly alike. Keep in mind you will not receive the exact yarn pictured and it may be slightly different. These colorways are tonal. With this technique a few extra colors may pop up. The blue may have some spots of green, the purple some spots of blue and some pink may pop up on the grey. This is happens because I purposely tried to get the dye to “break” and its what makes these colorways so unique. Keep in mind some skeins may have more breaking than others. I will dye all yarn sets together but it’s a good idea to alternate skeins every few rows.
All yarns are heated until dye is exhausted. They are then rinsed and soaked in unscented Eucalan to restore the lanolin.
Care instructions: I recommend hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry.
I have done my best to photograph all yarn true to color. However, every monitor can display color differently.
About the design
If you want to make the hat pictured you will need 2 skeins in Squid Worsted.
The Alex Beanie has an interesting texture with wavy faux knit cables, and the flip up brim makes it comfortable, stylish and warm. Find more info HERE.
