Leudinghause Cardi

This design features a set in sleeve with a trim that surrounds the entire cardigan. I’ve used Universals Uptown DK which is an acrylic and easy on beginners.

Icebox Cardi

This cardigan is vintage inspired and made from the top down in Plucky Sweater by the Plucky Knitter. This is an easy pattern that looks more complicated than it is. Splurge on quality yarn for a sweater you’ll wear over and over.

Burnside Cardi

The Burnside Cardi has a sporty look. It’s made from the topdown with no seaming in Encore by Plymouth yarns. This is a wool/acrylic blend. You can add a zipper for a more finished look or buttons if you’d like.

Stark Cardi

This cardigan is fully seamed with shaping for the body and set in sleeves. This pattern is the most involved as far as construction goes but the finished shape is most flattering on all body types. The stitches are simple to bring the skill level down. The Stakr Cardi is made in Berroco’s Vintage DK.

Kram Cardi

This cardigan is a great intro to seaming. It has a couple very simple seams. The design itself is very simple so the finishing is what makes the sweater look so professional. The Kram is made in Cascade 220 Superwash. A great wool for crocheters venturing away from acrylic for the first time.

Katula Cardi

This is one of my favorites! The Katula Cardi takes the simple shape of the Kram in a more challenging stitch. This stitch adds great texture but not a lot of bulk. This cardigan is made in Cascade 220 which is a great go to wool. As a BONUS you’ll also get this pattern in plus sizes which go up to size 5X!

You can purchase this ebook on Ravelry. It’s an over $24 value for $14.99!
